  2.       TV Player Classic

  4.       License for use and distribution

  6.       The TV Player Classic is shareware distributed as try-before-you-buy.
  7.       This means:

  9.    1. All copyrights to TV Player Classic are exclusively owned by the authors
  10.       - TV Player Classic team.
  11.  
  12.    2. Anyone may use this software during a test period of 3 days.
  13.       Following this test period of 3 days or less, if you wish
  14.       to continue to use TV Player Classic, you MUST register.
  15.  
  16.    3. Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to
  17.       use TV Player Classic on one computer (i.e. a single cpu), for any
  18.       legal purpose, at a time.  The registered TV Player Classic software
  19.       may not be rented or leased, but may be permanently transferred,
  20.       if the person receiving it agrees to terms of this license.
  21.       If the software is an update, the transfer must include the
  22.       update and all previous versions.

  24.    4. The TV Player Classic unregistered trial version, may be freely distributed,
  25.       with exceptions noted below, provided the distribution package is
  26.       not modified. No person or company may charge a fee for the
  27.       distribution of TV Player Classic without written permission from the copyright
  28.       holder.  The Ping Alarm unregistered trial version may not be bundled or
  29.       distributed with any other package without written permission of
  30.       the copyright holder.

  32.    5. To register you must complete the registration form in Regnow.com site.

  34.    6. TV Player Classic IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS".  NO WARRANTY OF ANY
  35.       KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.  YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
  36.       THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS
  37.       OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING
  38.       THIS SOFTWARE.

  40.    7. You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify,
  41.       decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the
  42.       licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as
  43.       provided for in this agreement.  Any such unauthorized use shall
  44.       result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and
  45.       may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

  47.       All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by TV Player Classic team.

  49.    8. Installing and using TV Player Classic signifies acceptance of these terms
  50.       and conditions of the license.

  52.    9. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove
  53.       TV Player Classic files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.
